![]() ![]() ![]() Web Camera’s have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work. Disconnect the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. Follow the instructions below and it will work. Not sure what your problem is but will give you this to try and if that's not your problem let me know and I will probably be able to help you. Note: The 64/32 bit versions of drivers should match. On XP find the same folder in teporary files (I'm not sure where to look for it)Ĥ) Copy the Drivers folder to your WIN 7 machine.ĥ) Run the setup.exe located in Drivers/bin in compatibility mode with WIN Vista SP2 (RightClick->Properties->CompatibilityMode)Ħ) Restart your computer and plug in your camera.
